Cedar Bug-Free Fly Spray for Horses kills flies, mosquitoes, gnats, ticks (including deer ticks), fleas, chiggers, lice, mites and other biting insects and then continues to work as a repellent. It even works as a mosquito repellent. A light misting of the Cedar Oil solution kills flies and ticks on contact and provides all day protection that will not wear off, leaving a pleasant Cedar scent. It is also a natural fungicide and bactericide, and often helps heal skin problems on horses and cattle. It is safe for colts, fillies, ponies, and your family members too. How it Works: When flies, ticks, and other insects are exposed to Cedar Bug-Free Fly Spray for Horses, the aroma of the Cedar Oil overwhelms their breathing system and triggers a suicide response-the spiracles (breathing pores) close and cannot re-open. The Cedar Oil and Hydrated Silica formulation also dissolves the insect eggs and larvae, eliminating the next generation of arthropod, while the aroma of Cedar disrupts their pheromone signals and creates a barrier of entry to newly arriving pests. Cedar Bug-Free Fly Spray for Horses is more effective than other natural insecticides and is longer lasting. How to Use It: Remove excess dirt and dust. Apply a liberal misting to coat and brush or rub it in for all day protection from biting insects. For horse's face, always apply as a wipe using a clean cloth or sponge. Reapply daily; as protection builds, reapply every 5 to 7 days or as needed. Also, reapply each time the animal is washed or exposed to heavy rain. Spray onto horse droppings, in stalls and paddock and around your barn or stable area where flies are breeding. Spray these areas daily for maximum control.
